What credit cards do you accept?

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before the goods are embroidered even if goods have been ordered. However, you will have to pay the shipping charges and a restocking fee to return goods to the manufacturer. Please Note: Once goods are embroidered, they are not refundable or returnable. Back to Top

I canceled my order but I haven't received credit yet. How long do credits take?
It takes 7-10 business days for you to receive credit. If you paid by credit card, you should see this on your next credit card statement following the cancellation of your order, depending upon your next billing cycle. If you paid by check or cash, your money will be refunded within the same time frame. Back to Top

What happens if the items I order are out-of-stock?
We can back order the items, recommend a comparable item for your approval or you can simply cancel the order without cost to you. Back to Top

Will I be charged sales tax on my purchase?
No, the state of Alaska has no sales tax. Back to Top

How long will it take to receive my order?
Generally turnaround time for us is within two weeks, plus the ship time, depending upon how the customer chooses to ship. Your choices are US Post Office - Priority Mail (3-5 days) or FedEx Ground (14 days). Back to Top

Can I have an order shipped to a P.O. box?
Yes, if goods are shipped by Priority Mail and No, if goods are shipped by FedEx Ground. FedEx must have a street address. Back to Top

Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes, when you place your order be sure to specify that you want the finished goods shipped to an address other than your billing address. Back to Top

How are shipping charges determined?
They are determined by the method of shipping selected and are paid by the customer. Back to Top

Can purchased goods be paid for after receipt?
All first time customer orders must be paid for at time of purchase. Subsequent orders will be billed to the customer provided an account has been set up with Santa's Stitches. Back to Top
